Q. What is your store's return and exchange policy?
A. Unfortunately, all sales are final. The reason why your purchase is terminal is because the process in which items are manufactured is very complicated and would be extremely difficult to change. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including product sizings, billing and shipping address, as well as e-mail address.
Q. Do you accept orders outside of the United States?
A. We now accept orders from all across the world! However, we currrently don't have a given time frame for deliveries outside of the US.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order (In the US)?
A. Once shipped via USPS First Class Mail most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
